BIEK Karachi Board BIEKKARACHI

Board of Intermediate Education Karachi started working as separate entity in 1974 and it has the mandate to regulate, organize, develop and control intermediate education in the higher secondary schools and colleges located in Karachi city. BIEK Karachi has maintained its own schedule to conduct the FA/FSc exams in the colleges at their fixed dates. The government and private higher secondary schools and colleges are affiliated with Karachi Inter board for the inter class exams. Chief Minister Sindh is the controlling authority of Karachi Intermediate Board or he can nominate any person for this purpose.

When Karachi Inter Board starts admission process, it receives the admission forms from the eligible candidates and starts preparation of the annual exams of HSSC part 1 and 2. BIEK Karachi conducts the exams of Intermediate class in the month of April but Karachi Board date sheet of the exams of 11th and 12th classes is issued during March. The BIEK roll number slips of the candidates are also issued few days earlier the start of the exams and the candidates, who do not receive the roll number slips, they can get the duplicate roll number slips from the office of Karachi Intermediate Board. Board of Intermediate Education Karachi prepares and announces the annual exams result of 1st year and 2nd year just after three months. At the time of the declaration of the result of the annual exams of Inter class, the prize distribution ceremony is conducted in the main auditorium of Karachi board in which the position holders of the exams are awarded with the prizes.
